Using results of the assessment, prioritizing those elements that will lead to optimal profitability for the business. Assembling a step-by-step action plan to ensure success strategies are applied and metrics in place to monitor activities and percentage to goal. Once we see the opportunities clearly, it's important to ensure that our action items are addressed and improvement is monitored and celebrated!!
